CREATIVE VISUALISATION
Creative visualisation is imagining yourself or your voices in a safe place, or revisiting a memory that brings a sense of safety or calm. Some people can find it helpful to build up a picture slowly over time, thinking about what this safe place looks like, smells like or feels like. For others, it can be useful to imagine a halo or shield protecting them from their voices.
